want to trade in, and we'll give you a custom quote right away. You have no obligation to
send it in, and we will never contact you with pushy phone calls or emails - we promise. |

Yes, it's really free. It costs zero dollars. Just slap it on a box with your device in it, and it
will arrive at our facility at no cost to you.

After I send my device in, do I need to call or email Upgrade UP to make sure you got it? How will I be sure you're handling my quote? |

We ask that you not contact us unless it's been over 2 weeks and you haven't heard a thing or
received a check. Our system is very efficient in keeping track of your item - from the
moment it leaves your possession, we know exactly where it is. Emailing us the day we
receive it will not expedite your Upgrade, so please don't. |

Can I just go to your company's office and drop off my stuff and get paid right away? |

Sorry, but you cannot. Nothing against you, we just are good friends with our FedEx guy, and
he gets jealous if other people stop by. |

We give the most we can on every item, and our staff is not authorized to change quotes after
they've been given. |

I want to trade in more than 1 item - how do I do that? |
| A: |
Go through the system as if you only need to trade in 1 device. Once the system goes
through the entire process, and gives you a FedEx label, you'll see a link at the bottom that
asks if you have more stuff to trade in. Click it and follow the directions. You will get a
FedEx label for each item - you can either ship each item in a separate box with their own
label, or, you can put all your stuff in one big box, put one of the labels ON the box, and put
the rest IN the box. Those labels allow us to track the item back to you, so we absolutely
need it.

Do I need to print something out and put it in the box? A form, receipt, anything? How will you know this super-awesome device is mine? |

All you need to do is use the FedEx label we provide you with. No need to put anything in the
box besides your device and accessories - we track down each and every customer using that
FedEx label, so be sure to use it. |

I do not live in the United States - can I still participate in Upgrade UP? |

At this time, we are not accepting Upgrades from outside the US. However, we would like to
offer this in the future - if you'd like to see Upgrade UP in your country, please express your
